The challenge
Coaching businesses and membership programs left people alone after signup — matching accountability partners and chasing check-ins lived in spreadsheets.
The approach
Built a Next.js system that guides members from invitation to onboarding, matching, progress tracking, and rematch support, with Stripe payments, Redis caching, JWT auth, email logs, and scheduled cron jobs for check-ins and reflections.
