The challenge
Busy garages were juggling bookings, customer messages, paper notes, and missed appointments instead of one operations hub from booking to job completion.
The approach
Built an all-in-one garage platform: customers book from a public site; staff manage customers, bookings, and service jobs in one dashboard. UK DVLA pulls vehicle details, Cloudinary stores job photos, and WhatsApp follow-ups notify customers when work is done.
