The challenge
A business process outsourcing company ran management, clients, employees and candidates across disconnected tools. Eight distinct roles each needed a different view of the same data — without ever seeing each other's.
The approach
Five separate portals over a single Postgres schema, with row-level security enforcing permissions at the database rather than in the UI. Realtime updates keep dashboards live, pdf-lib generates payslips and invoices, and edge functions handle notification fan-out.
